I'd read another article on Medium that talked about how few hours thought workers can end up working, and that they were ultimately being paid to sit around and wait until something urgent and important popped up.

I think working two full time jobs is silly, but if that hypothesis is true, then I could see the only problem being if you're working two full time jobs and something urgent and important comes up at both places of work, then you'll definitely be screwing one of the places.

I also wonder if people that double dip work at competitors ever. Then that's probably an involuntary contract/ NDA violation.
